The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, or FARC, says it is open to a ceasefire with the government, as long as both sides lay down their weapons. But Colombia’s president has already rejected a ceasefire proposal from the rebel movement.
This is an interview in Habana, Cuba of one of the FARC leaders Andres París. The Castro administration has sponsored such meetings looking to change its image of warmongers as they have been for years.
