VIAJE DEL CORONEL CASTRO ESPIN A MOSCU
Cuba actualidad, Capdevila, La Habana, (PD) Luego de casi cuatro años de gobierno, al general Raúl Castro aún le quedan muchas asignaturas pendientes por resolver. Lo que nadie pone en duda es su demostrada capacidad conspirativa, que siempre ha estado dirigidas a lograr determinados objetivos que le sirvan para consolidar su poder continuista y omnímodo.
Una muestra de esas jugadas fue la minuciosa preparación de la visita de su hijo, el coronel del Ministerio del Interior Alejandro Castro Espin a Moscú, con el pretexto de presentar -en el marco de los 50 años de la Crisis de los Misiles- su libro previamente traducido al ruso “Imperio del terror”.
En el programa que tuvo que cumplir el coronel Castro Espín en su visita a la capital de la Federación Rusa no hubo nada de improvisación ni cabos sueltos. En su confección participaron los generales y coroneles que forman parte del selecto círculo de los hombres de confianza del general Raúl Castro, por eso todo estuvo minuciosamente pensado.

El principal propósito de la estancia del coronel Castro Espín en Moscú no fue otra que presentar a la opinión pública internacional -no a la población de Cuba- al potencial sustituto del anciano presidente cubano.
Los consejeros que lo acompañaron en el viaje no escatimaron esfuerzos y lograron el ansiado acuerdo para que el canal moscovita RT trasmitiera la primera entrevista al único hijo varón del actual gobernante cubano, que fue realizada por el periodista Francisco Guatia.
El propósito que se logró con la entrevista fue que el público viera al hijo del general Raúl Castro no como el alto oficial del Ministerio del Interior, responsable por orden de su padre de las operaciones anticorrupción, sino como un inofensivo, diligente y estudioso investigador de asuntos sociales, que nada tiene que ver con los aparatos represivos del régimen cubano y mucho menos con el equipo de gobierno de su padre.
De acuerdo a una pregunta sobre la reales amenazas de Washington contra el gobierno cubano, el coronel Castro Espín señalo que las circunstancias que provocaron la crisis de los cohetes que hace 50 años puso al mundo al borde de una catástrofe nuclear no han cambiado, se mantienen, puede suceder algo similar, en cualquier momento, debido a que los hechos que propiciaron aquella situación en lo esencial se mantienen.
Esto se debe según el hijo del General Raúl Castro a que los actores son los mismos y la hegemonía y preponderancia de Estados Unidos como potencia mundial continúa.
Al referirse a la Primavera Árabe, dijo que los problemas acumulados durante años propiciaron “la rebeldía alimentada desde afuera contras las medidas neoliberales impuestas a esos gobiernos por el FMI y el Banco Mundial, todas dirigidas a salvaguardar sus intereses económicos a costa de la miseria y abandono de los pueblos.”
En torno a la multipolaridad del mundo, el hijo de Raúl Castro, planteó que todavía falta mucho para lograrla. Remarcó que el mundo multipolar solo es “una aspiración, pendiente de materializarse”, y aseguró que esto sucede porque “un reducido grupo de gobiernos impone sus designios por encima de los intereses de la comunidad internacional.”
Sobre los nuevos posicionamientos del gobierno cubano, el coronel Alejandro Castro tomó como ejemplo lo ocurrido en la pasada VI Cumbre de las Américas, celebrada en Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, a la que el gobierno cubano no fue invitado, porque no hubo consenso, “pero lo real fue la actitud hostil de Washington que impidió que Cuba participara”. Sin embargo, según Castro Espín, “de lo que más se hablo en la Cumbre fue de la exclusión de Cuba, y esto puso en un dilema al gobierno de Barak Obama ante la fuerte corriente integracionista que cada día cobra más fuerza en America Latina”.
El periodista Guaita para darle un tono más polémico a la entrevista, le dijo a su invitado que los sectores de la oposición al interior de Cuba denuncian que el verdadero embargo es el que le tiene impuesto el gobierno al pueblo de cubano, y que muestra de ello es la falta de libertades de todo tipo. En torno a este asunto, el hijo de Raúl Castro remoloneó, fue esquivo, no respondió la pregunta, se limitó a decir que “para conocer a los cubanos lo primero es visitar Cuba y ponerse en contacto con los cubanos, en ellos encontrará a personas abiertas, que dicen lo que piensan, valientes, arrestadas, que buscan soluciones a los problemas y que no se quedan callados”.
Seguramente el coronel Castro Espín no se habrá referido a los cubanos que hoy viven bajo el régimen de su padre, que llevan el miedo en lo más profundo de su alma.
A una pregunta sobre la apertura económica y política, el coronel Alejandro Castro se limitó a repetir la retórica que enarbola el gobierno del general Raúl castro y la emprendió contra los luchadores prodemocráticos, a quienes tildó de “mercenarios al servicio de potencias extranjeras” y de “malos cubanos”.
Tampoco el hijo del presidente cubano tuvo reparo en señalar que los opositores, “al propiciar la subversión, buscan la intervención extranjera, tal como ocurrió en Libia”. Según sus palabras, “su proceder los convierte en súbditos de espurios intereses y no de la nación en que nacieron”.
A una pregunta sobre el real estado de salud de su tío Fidel Castro, negó que le haya tomado varias fotos; dijo que “los medios erraron al dar esa información porque el que realmente las tiró fue un familiar”, sin aclarar que se refería a su primo Alejandro, uno de los ocho hijos del ex-gobernante.
Los promotores de esta entrevista lograron que el hijo del presidente cubano cumpliese de manera rigurosa y eficiente el guión que le entregaron. El objetivo no era otro que vender su figura como alguien capaz de suplir a su anciano padre al frente de los destinos de Cuba. Para no crear la menor incertidumbre o cuestionamiento entre los sectores de la vieja guardia histórica con altas responsabilidades oficiales, las respuestas de Alejandro Castro dejaron bien clara su total identificación con la política antidemocrática, represiva y excluyente que aplica el Partido Comunista y el gobierno cubano, ambos dirigidos por su padre.
