Pastorita Núñez (Havana, Cuba, April 27, 1921 – Havana, 26 December 2010) was a Cuban guerrilla who participated in the Cuban Revolution.
She was born on April 27, 1921, in Pocito, Marianao in Havana.
In August 1933, he participated with his father in a demonstration against President Gerardo Machado and his 14 years met Eduardo Chivas, leader of the Orthodox Party game in which she participate.
It was a guerrilla in the July 26 Movement, where the degree of the Rebel Army Lieutenant 1.er and founder of the Women Civic Front for Women Jose Marti she was active.
The triumph of the Revolution, he led the National Institute of Savings and Housing, where he supported and promoted one of the first housing plans of the revolutionary government, housing construction in various cities. Slum village dubbed them Pastorita. Over the years it kept away from fundamentalist activities of the Castro administration but remained within the frames of followers.
She died in Havana, Cuba on December 26, 2010 as a result of a brain hemorrhage.
