RENNY AROZARENA, FILM AND THEATER ACTOR, DIRECTOR. .
Renny Arozarena is a Cuban actor. Born in Havana on November 12, 1971.
He began acting as a child, making his professional debut on stage in leading roles in Andoba, Santa Camila de Habana Vieja, Romeo and Juliet, Othello, among others.
Graduated from the National School of art instructors.
He is currently director of a theater group. He has been in movies like the crazy dreamer. The film El Benny marks his first starring role in film (2007).
He has directed Theatre Talisman group and directed the troupe Arozarena, as well as acting, dance and singing infinite workshop.
It was presented at the Locarno International Film Festival in August 2006, where he won the prize Boccalino for best performance for protagonist in all sections of festival. The Hollywood Reporter said “it is actor Arozarena who brings the legend to life, however, in a dynamic, memorable performance.”

Renny Arozarena es un actor cubano. Nace en La Habana el 12 de noviembre de 1971.
Él comenzó a actuar desde niño, haciendo su debut profesional en el escenario en papeles principales en Andoba, Santa Camila de la Habana Vieja, Romeo y Julieta, Otelo, entre otros.
Graduado en la Escuela Nacional de Instructores de Arte.
Actualmente es director de un grupo de teatro. Él ha estado en películas como El loco soñador. La película El Benny marca su primer papel protagonista en el cine (2007).
Ha dirigido el grupo de teatro Talismán y dirigido la compañía teatral Arozarena, así como el taller de actuación, danza y canto Infinito.
Fue presentado en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Locarno en agosto de 2006, donde ganó el premio Arozarena Boccalino para el mejor funcionamiento de protagonista en todas las secciones del festival. The Hollywood Reporter dijo “Es el actor Arozarena que trae la leyenda a la vida, sin embargo, en una actuación memorable dinámica.”
