EL PROGRAMA DE PERMISO DE REUNIFICACIÓN FAMILIAR CUBANO. (CFRP)
Creado en 2007, el Programa de Permiso de Reunificación Familiar Cubano (CFRP, por sus siglas en inglés) permite a ciertos ciudadanos estadounidenses elegibles y residentes permanentes legales solicitar un permiso de ingreso para sus familiares en Cuba. Si se concede el permiso de ingreso, estos miembros de la familia pueden venir a los Estados Unidos sin tener que esperar por sus fechas de prioridad de visa de inmigrante. Una vez en Estados Unidos, los beneficiarios del Programa CFRP pueden solicitar permiso de empleo mientras solicitan la residencia permanente legal.
La página oficial en Facebook, de la Embajada Norteamericana en Cuba, anunció que “El Servicio de Ciudadanía e Inmigración de los Estados Unidos (USCIS) ha actualizado el programa de Permiso de Reunificación Familiar Cubano (CFRP).”
En estos momentos se están enviado invitaciones a peticionarios elegibles para participar en el programa. Si has recibido esta invitación y deseas aceptarla, debes realizar varios pasos. Entre ellos: presentar la nueva documentación y el nuevo pago (o la solicitud de exención de visas).
La Embajada ha programado una especie de “debate” o “línea abierta” para contestar todas las preguntas que pueda tener la población sobre este tema.

Este programa esta diseñado específicamente para el caso de los llamados familiares directos, que son: los cónyuges de ciudadanos estadounidenses, hijos solteros menores de 21 años de edad de los ciudadanos de Estados Unidos y , los padres de ciudadanos estadounidenses mayores de 21 años de edad.

THE CUBAN FAMILY REUNIFICATION PERMIT PROGRAM. (CFRP)
Created in 2007, the permit program of family reunification Cuban (CFRP, for its acronym in English) allows certain legal U.S. resident and eligible permanent citizens apply for an entry permit to relatives in Cuba. If the entry permission is granted, these members of the family can come to the United States without having to wait for your immigrant visa priority dates. Once in the United States, the beneficiaries of the CFRP program can apply for employment authorization while applying for legal permanent residency.
The official Facebook page, of the American Embassy in Cuba, announced that “the citizenship and immigration services of the United States (USCIS) Cuban (CFRP) has updated the family reunification permit program.”
Currently are being sent invitations to petitioners eligible to participate in the program. If you have received this invitation and want to accept it, you must perform several steps. Among them: submit new documentation and the new payment (or the application for waiver of visas).
