Actor, uno de los galanes más populares de antes de 1959. Nacido el 21 de noviembre de 1923. Considerado como uno de los galanes más populares de la radio y la televisión Cubana.
Fue artista exclusivo de la firma jabonera Crusellas, su voz se dejó oír y gustó en el Circuito CMQ, donde esa firma patrocinaba las novelas de radio más escuchadas en el país.

A principios de 1953 comenzó a trabajar en la televisión, siendo muy popular en las telenovelas de la época, entre ellas: “Martes, miércoles y sábados de amor Palmolive”.
En cine se le recuerda por su actuación en el filme “La renegada” dirigida por Ramón Peón y que compartiera papeles con Rita Montaner, Enrique Santisteban, Gina Cabrera, también se le recuerda en los filmes “La mentira” y “Frente al pecado de ayer”.
