The talented Cuban pianist and composer Alfredo Rodríguez Jr., has released the video of the song that gives name to his new and fourth studio album The Little Dream, produced by Quincy Jones and recorded at the Mack Avenue studios.
The theme, as expressed by the artist on his website, “is the child that is inside all of us and how imagination and creativity are messages of hope.” No one knows better than me that a small dream can become a great dream, and great dreams can become reality. ”
Rodríguez Jr. is the son of the renowned Cuban singer Alfredito Rodríguez. In 2009, he crossed the border of Mexico with the United States, to pursue his dream.

During these nine years, Rodriguez went from being a young local Cuban artist to being a world-renowned Grammy nominee, with three critically acclaimed releases: Sounds of Space (2011), The Invasion Parade (2014) and Tocororo (2016).

El talentoso pianista y compositor cubano Alfredo Rodríguez Jr., ha lanzado el video del tema que le da nombre a su nuevo y cuarto álbum de estudio The Little Dream (Pequeño Sueño), producido por Quincy Jones y grabado en los estudios Mack Avenue.
El tema, según ha expresado el propio artista en su página web, “se trata del niño que está dentro de todos nosotros y de cómo la imaginación y la creatividad son mensajes de esperanza. Nadie sabe mejor que yo que un pequeño sueño puede convertirse en un gran sueño, y los grandes sueños pueden convertirse en realidad”.
Rodríguez Jr. es el hijo del reconocido cantante cubano Alfredito Rodríguez. En 2009, cruzó la frontera de México con Estados Unidos, para perseguir su sueño.
Durante estos nueve años, Rodríguez pasó de ser un joven artista local cubano a ser un nominado al Grammy mundialmente reconocido, con tres lanzamientos aclamados por la crítica: Sonidos del espacio (2011), The Invasion Parade (2014) y Tocororo (2016).
