Emilio y Gloria Estefan han puesto a la venta una de sus mansiones en Miami Beach, por 32 millones de dólares.
La pareja ha rebajado un total de 8 millones a la casa, ya que cuando la pusieron a la venta en 2015 el valor era de 40 millones.
Emilio Estefan dijo a The Wall Street Journal que compró la propiedad hace 25 años para su fallecida madre, por la que pagó en 1993 unos 1.84 millones.
Aunque el músico y productor cubano quiso que sus hijos vivieran ahí luego de la muerte de la madre, estos han considerado que es demasiado grande para ellos.

La casa, ubicada en Star Island, fue construida en 1940 y se llama Villa de la Nena.
Tiene unos 18.000 metros cuadrados, 1.34 acres de terreno, la conforman cinco habitaciones, tiene pisos de madera noble y mármol, techos de 9 metros de altura, terrazas abiertas y puertas arqueadas.
También incluye una pequeña villa de tres habitaciones llamada “La Casita”.
Emilio Estefan dijo al citado medio que ya buscó al arquitecto uruguayo Carlos Ott para rediseñar la propiedad, con tal de venderla pronto.
La casa ha sido el lugar de descanso de famosos como Jennifer Lopez, Cher y Ricky Martin, y en la misma isla también tienen sus mansiones celebridades como Sean Combs, Rosie O’Donnell y Shaquille O’Neal.

Emilio Estefan told The Wall Street Journal that he bought the property 25 years ago for his deceased mother, for which he paid in 1993 about 1.84 million.
