Trio Los Condes es un trío de música puertorriqueña que ha tenido éxito internacional en América Latina y los Estados Unidos. El trío ha lanzado varios álbumes, incluyendo colaboraciones con Tito Lara, Armando Manzanero, Julio Angel, Manny Manuel y otros. El trío se formó en 1959 en Manhattan, Nueva York. Los miembros originales fueron Rafael “Rafita” Maldonado, cantante y guitarra; José Luis “Tato” Díaz Rodríguez, segundo cantante de armonía y guitarra; y Fernando Ramos, músico de requinto, cantante de tercera armonía, y director.
