ACTRIZ CUBANA ANA DE ARMAS ESTRENA NUEVA PELÍCULA EN FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL.
La actriz cubana Ana de Armas compartió con sus seguidores en redes sociales el proceso de maquillaje al que se sometió para filmar algunas de las escenas de la película Sergio, que se estrenó este 28 de enero en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Sundance.
La cotizada artista interpreta a la pareja del diplomático Sergio Vieira de Mello, que fue enviado especial de la ONU durante la invasión de Estados Unidos a Iraq en 2003, en una peligrosa misión que acabó con su vida.
Como se puede apreciar en el trailer de la cinta, dirigida por Greg Barker, Ana sale a buscar a Sergio en medio de los bombardeos, por lo que tuvo que pasar por las manos del artista mexicano Martín Macías, experto en caracterización de cine, que lo hizo parecer real.
“Este proyecto cambió mi vida. Todos nos unimos en esto debido a la empatía, la inspiración, el amor y el respeto que sentimos por Sergio Vieira de Mello y su legado. A las personas que conocí durante el rodaje de esta película las llevo en mi corazón y siempre las recordaré con profundo afecto. Gracias a nuestros equipos brasileño, jordano y tailandés, ¡ustedes fueron los mejores!”, escribió Ana en su cuenta de Instagram.
La película se rodó en Brasil, Jordania y Tailandia a mediados de 2018, y tiene como antecedente el documental Sergio, del propio Greg Barker, que se estrenó en 2009.
El nuevo filme de Ana de Armas estará disponible en Netflix a partir del 17 de abril.

The Cuban actress Ana de Armas shared with her followers on social networks the makeup process she underwent to film some of the scenes of the Sergio film, which premiered this January 28 at the Sundance International Film Festival.

The film was filmed in Brazil, Jordan, and Thailand in mid-2018, and has as a background the documentary Sergio, by Greg Barker himself, which premiered in 2009.
