Eddie C. Cibrian is a Cuban American actor born in Burbank. California on June 16, 1973. He is best known for The Cave (2005), Third Watch (1999), and Sunset Beach (1997).
Raised in San Fernando Valley as the only child of Carlos and Hortensia Cibrian (both of Cuban descent).
Height 6′ 2″ (1.88 m)
He attended UCLA and majored in business/economics. Entered UCLA’s football program in the autumn of 1991.
He was named one of the best celebrity bodies on Eonline and named one of “Daytimes 12 Hottest Stars” by TV Guide in 1997 after being on Sunset Beach (1997) for five months. He was part of the pop boy band ‘3 Deep’.
Prior to his job on The Young and the Restless (1973), he used to work undercover and employee security at Nordstrom in Woodland Hills, CA.
When trying out for The Young and the Restless (1973), he originally auditioned for the role of Nick Newman but producers felt that he was too old for the part but they were extremely impressed by his acting so they created another character for him on the show instead.
Although CBS had signed him to a three-year contract on The Young and the Restless (1973), he only stayed for two.
He starring in ‘Invasion’ (2005) on ABC. [December 2005] and was filming Third Watch (1999) in New York (but will be leaving in mid-season). [January 2004].

PERSONAL LIFE.
In May 2001, Cibrian married Brandi Glanville, a former model, and reality television star. He proposed to his longtime girlfriend, Brandi Glanville, “seconds before midnight on New Year’s Eve 1999”. Cibrian and Glanville have two sons, Mason and Jake. The couple announced their separation in July 2009 after it was revealed Cibrian had an affair with country music singer LeAnn Rimes. Cibrian and Rimes appeared together in the 2009 movie Northern Lights. Cibrian and Glanville’s divorce was finalized on September 30, 2010. The circumstances surrounding the affair and divorce were a part of Glanville’s book Drinking and Tweeting: And Other Brandi Blunders.
