LA OLA MIGRATORIA ha llegado a cifras récords con más de 240.000 cubanos que cruzaron sin documentación la frontera sur de Estados Unidos en los últimos 12 meses. Solo septiembre cerró con un promedio diario de 891 cubanos detenidos en caminos irregulares hacia la primera economía del mundo.
