En otro sorprendente giro de los acontecimientos, hackers activistas conocidos como la “Resistencia Cibernética” se infiltraron en la cuenta personal de correo electrónico de un alto oficial ruso implicado en el reclutamiento de cubanos para la invasión de Ucrania.
Los datos obtenidos proporcionan una visión sin precedentes de cómo Rusia opera su canal de mercenarios extranjeros en este conflicto y pusieron al descubierto la identidad del oficial ruso encargado del reclutamiento de cubanos en el Distrito Militar Occidental.
Un artículo publicado en el medio digital The Intercept reveló que el mayor Anton Valentinovich Perevozchikov tenía en su poder 122 pasaportes escaneados de cubanos reclutados en el cuartel general de las Fuerzas Armadas rusas en la ciudad de Tula.

LA INDEPENDIENTE Comisión Cubana de Defensa Electoral (COCUDE) exigió al régimen interceder para el regreso seguro de los cubanos reclutados desde Rusia para la guerra en Ucrania, en una declaración en la que reclamó a las autoridades mayor claridad en torno al tema. Mientras, el presidente de la Comisión de Asuntos Exteriores del Parlamento ucraniano consideró que La Habana “finge” al lavarse las manos con la “trata de personas”.
“El Gobierno de Cuba debe, de manera inmediata, interceder ante las autoridades rusas y bielorrusas de ser necesario para la repatriación de los cubanos involucrados en los hechos descritos sin responsabilidad penal ya que actuaron bajo engaños y siguiendo la tradición ‘internacionalista’ que se inculca a los cubanos desde la escuela primaria y durante toda su vida”, declaró COCUDE, formada por opositores.
“El Gobierno de Cuba debe cesar toda colaboración militar que en las actuales circunstancias y cada vez en mayor medida significa cooperar con la agresión a una nación independiente y soberana con el confeso propósito de desmembrarla y desaparecerla como tal, algo prohibido expresamente en la constitución vigente”, dijo.
La organización señaló que el MINREX se da por enterado de los hechos varios días después de que en los medios independientes cubanos y en las redes circularan los detalles, con nombres, apellidos y circunstancias de jóvenes involucrados en los acontecimientos.
Recordó que en su declaración del 4 de septiembre “el régimen niega su participación en el reclutamiento y envío de los jóvenes al frente bélico; promete desarticular la supuesta ‘red clandestina’ de contratación de mercenarios —pues así califica a los jóvenes cubanos víctimas de la evidente estafa— pero no aclara si intercederá a favor de ellos ante las autoridades de su gran aliado, el Gobierno ruso”.
Para COCUDE, “resulta altamente improbable que con el grado de control sobre la sociedad cubana y sus integrantes mantienen los servicios de seguridad del régimen recién descubran una trama que evidentemente lleva meses, como mínimo, organizándose tanto en el territorio cubano como en el ruso”.
La organización citó “las visitas recíprocas del más alto nivel entre las partes, incluyendo muy especialmente la realizada por el ministro de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias (FAR), Álvaro López Miera, a Rusia, durante la cual fue recibido por su homólogo ruso, Serguei K. Shoigú, y con declaración final donde se anuncia, una vez más, la estrecha colaboración y promesas de ayudas mutuas, algo significativo en las actuales circunstancias”.
“La admitida presencia de militares de las FAR en el territorio del principal y más cercano colaborador de Rusia en su agresión a Ucrania, Bielorrusia, para supuestamente recibir ‘entrenamiento’, y declaraciones en las visitas antes señaladas, implican mucho más de lo que se publica por los tres gobiernos, nada transparentes habitualmente”, agregó.
Para concluir, la Comisión Cubana de Defensa Electoral se comprometió a continuar “velando por la legalidad y denunciando las violaciones a lo establecido en la Constitución y las leyes”.
DECLARACIONES DE ORGANISMOS INTERNACIONALES ENVUELTOS
El miércoles, en una declaración a través de red social X (antes Twitter), Oleksandr Merezhko, presidente de la Comisión de Asuntos Exteriores del Parlamento ucraniano, dijo que “el régimen comunista de Cuba finge que no tiene nada que ver con esta ‘trata de personas'”.
“En realidad, este régimen totalitario está del lado del agresor. ¡La Unión Europea debería dejar de financiar el régimen totalitario prorruso inmediatamente!”, consideró.
En su declaración del lunes, el MINREX no señaló a Rusia de la trata de personas y tampoco la acusó de recurrir al mercenarismo.
Las alianzas entre Moscú y La Habana se han estrechado en lo que va de año. No solo en lo político y en lo económico, sino también en lo militar y represivo.

Durante esa visita, Shoigu dijo que “Cuba ha sido y sigue siendo el aliado más importante de Rusia en la región del Caribe”.
En respuesta, el viceministro de Relaciones Exteriores de Cuba, Gerardo Peñalver, llamó a los dos regímenes “aliados estratégicos” que cooperan contra las “medidas coercitivas unilaterales” de Washington.
