La aerolínea de bajo costo Wingo anunció que inaugurará una nueva ruta entre Panamá y La Habana el próximo 2 de noviembre, informó tvn-2.

Con dos vuelos semanales, la compañía conectará al aeropuerto internacional Panamá Pacífico con el José Martí.

Se prevé que el avión salga del país centroamericano a las 12:53 pm y llegue a la capital cubana a las 3:28 pm. Los vuelos desde la Isla saldrán a las 4:28 pm y arribarán a la Ciudad de Panamá a las 7:18 pm.

Juan Sebastián Molano, General de Comunicaciones Externas de la empresa, dijo que mientras Panamá ofrece numerosos centros de compras “para los cubanos que deseen abastecer sus negocios”, Cuba brinda su arte y su “sabor cubano tan inconfundible y único”.

“Esta nueva ruta ratifica nuestro compromiso con ofrecer destinos internacionales a precios realmente bajos, sin sacrificar calidad”, añadió.

Esta es una nueva opción para los cubanos que desde 2015 viajan regularmente a la nación centroamericana para comprar mercancías que luego pueden vender en la Isla, un peculiar turismo de compras que también ha contribuido al desarrollo económico de Panamá.

Por ese motivo en abril la aerolínea internacional panameña Copa aumentó a ocho el número de vuelos diarios a La Habana.

En octubre de 2018 el Servicio Nacional de Migración panameño comenzó a otorgar a turistas y empresarios cubanos la visa estampada de múltiples entradas y salidas hasta por el término de cinco años, con el objetivo de facilitarles los trámites.

For this reason, in April, the Panamanian international airline Copa increased the number of daily flights to Havana to eight.

In October 2018, the Panamanian National Migration Service began to grant tourists and Cuban businessmen the stamped visa with multiple entries and departures for up to five years, in order to facilitate the procedures.
