FIRMA COOPERATIVA CUBANA ‘DECORARTE’ CONTRATO DE DISTRITUCION GLOBAL CON EMPRESA ALEMANA.
El contrato permitirá a la cooperativa “DECORARTE”, con sede en el balneario de Varadero, la distribución global de su marca infantil Gabi & Sofi.
La cooperativa cubana “DECORARTE” firmará un contrato con la empresa alemana PROFÜMED, para la distribución global de su marca infantil Gabi & Sofi, que se destaca por la producción de juguetes educativos hechos con madera certificada y reciclada del excedente de la industria tabacalera cubana, informó el sitio digital radio26.cu.
Este contrato permitirá la inserción de un producto 100% cubano en el mercado internacional de artículos para niños, generando reconocimiento para la isla en este sector, dijo Ariel Balmaseda, presidente de la cooperativa, con sede en el balneario de Varadero, provincia de Matanzas.
La relación contractual entre ambas partes contempla la transferencia del diseño y la producción de los productos de la marca de juguetes de celulosa Kreativa, propiedad de PROFÜMED, que a partir de entonces será producida y comercializada en Cuba por la entidad Matanzas.
La firma del acuerdo se llevará a cabo como parte de las actividades de la Feria Internacional de Comercio de La Habana (FIHAV), en la que la cooperativa no agrícola también planea firmar contratos con otras entidades cubanas: Suchel Camacho SA, la empresa de derivados de harina y confitería. y Mediatex.
DECORARTE es una de las dos únicas cooperativas no agrícolas que participará como expositor en FIHAV 2019, que tendrá lugar del 4 al 8 de noviembre en el recinto ferial ExpoCuba, en la capital cubana. Más de 50 países confirman su presencia en FIHAV 2019
Fundada hace seis años, DECORARTE se define como la única entidad no estatal creada en Cuba para la realización de impresiones gráficas, artículos personalizados y proyectos llave en mano de decoración, diseño de interiores y paisajismo.
Según su sitio web, la cooperativa se especializa en impresión digital en cualquier formato y soporte, así como en el diseño y realización de entornos y espacios exclusivos.
La marca infantil Gabi & Sofi recibió premios en su lanzamiento en la Convención y Feria Internacional Cubaindustrias 2016.

The contractual relationship between both parties contemplates the transfer of the design and production know-how of the products of the Kreativa cellulose toy brand, owned by PROFÜMED, which from then on will be produced and marketed in Cuba by the Matanzas entity.
The signing of the agreement will take place as part of the activities of the Havana International Trade Fair (FIHAV), in which the non-agricultural cooperative also plans to sign contracts with other Cuban entities: Suchel Camacho S.A., the Confectionery and Flour Derivatives Enterprise, and Mediatex.
