Diputado Español Teófilo de Luis convoca reunión con negociador de la UE con cuba.
El diputado del PP y secretario cuarto de la Mesa del Congreso de los Diputados, Teófilo de Luis, ha convocado este miércoles una comida en la Cámara Baja con el director general para las Américas del Servicio Europeo de Acción Exterior (SEAE), Christian Leffler, el principal negociador de la Unión Europea (UE) con Cuba en pleno proceso de negociación con Estados Unidos.
Así lo confirmaron fuentes populares a Servimedia, que avanzaron que a la comida con Leffler asistirán para “tener información de primera mano”, además de De Luis, los diputados Juan Moscoso (PSOE), Jordi Xuclá (CiU), Irene Lozano (UPyD), Aitor Esteban (PNV) y Carlos Salvador (UPN).
Aseguran en el PP que a esta comida están convocados los diputados que votaron favorablemente a una proposición no de ley presentada por UPN en febrero de 2014 en la que se abogaba por la validez de las conversaciones entre EEUU y Cuba.
“Queremos hacer política de Estado, no de partido”, afirman desde el PP, para destacar que en toda negociación deben “ceder ambas partes” con el objetivo de alcanzar un acuerdo.
