Estados Unidos no está legitimando al régimen, como argumentan los opositores a la actual política proactiva de la Administración Obama. Las oportunidades brindadas representan un desarío para el férreo puño que el Estado tiene sobre la economía y la fuerza de trabajo, y que tendrá que ir abriendo. Precisamente por eso, el Gobierno cubano procura nuevos métodos, como mixtificar la actividad privada de los trabajadores por cuenta propia mediante las cooperativas no agropecuarias, dirigidas por funcionarios o militares retirados.
LA NUEVA ETAPA.
..Los herederos de los dirigentes históricos en Cuba saben que, sin Estados Unidos, les será muy difícil sortear la crisis económica, política y social, y que tendrán que impulsar cambios cuando lleguen al poder, incluso bajo la supervisión de Raúl Castro, aunque todavía no pueden expresarse abiertamente por temor a ser relegados.
