HAYDÉE MILANES RECONOCIDA CON EL GALARDÓN MEJOR VIDEO DEL AÑO.
La racha de logros de Haydée Milanés pica y se extiende. Como si no bastara con la excelente acogida de la crítica que ha tenido su disco Palabras y el galardón al mejor video del año que se llevó con Canción fácil en los Lucas 2015, ahora la joven intérprete será nuevamente homenajeada. En esta ocasión, se trata del Premio Excelencias, que se le entregará este jueves en el Teatro Mella.
La cantante recibirá el galardón “por sus importantes resultados artísticos durante el 2015”, un reconocimiento a la calidad de sus interpretaciones junto a una excelente selección de temas del repertorio nacional. Los Premio Excelencias se entregan, desde hace una década, para fomentar la calidad en diferentes ámbitos como el turismo, la cultura y el desarrollo social.
Haydée Milanés comentó a 14ymedio que se siente “muy feliz y honrada” por el homenaje. Considera que el galardón la impulsa a “trabajar duro”. La artista agradeció en especial a Marta Valdés, quien le confió su “excelente obra”. Refiere que al honor se suma que estará recibiendo el Premio Excelencias junto al maestro Leo Brouwer.
El año que recién concluyó estuvo lleno de éxitos para la artista que alcanzó el Premio Cubadisco en la categoría Canción por el álbum Palabras, Haydée Milanés canta a Marta Valdés. De ese fonograma salió además el videoclip que realizó el reconocido cineasta Fernando Pérez para Canción Fácil con el cual recibió seis premios Lucas.
El fonograma Palabras ha sido seleccionado por especialistas y críticos entre las mejores producciones de los últimos meses en Cuba y estuvo incluido en la lista de 25 discos más relevantes en México que selecciona el periódico La Razón y donde la interpretación de Milanés figuró en el puesto número 11.
Entre los próximos planes de la cantante está el lanzamiento de un disco donde interpretará canciones de su padre, Pablo Milanés, además de una colaboración con músicos de Brasil como Chico Buarque.
