Salomé es también conocido por su papel recurrente de “Ana” en Los chiflados del Rock and Roll (1957) y Los tres bohemios (1957). Como muchos cubanos, Salomé encontró una carrera constante en México. Después de 1957, su trabajo en el cine se desvaneció, pero todavía se conoce como la “bailarina-actriz cubana” que, a causa de su belleza, se podría comparar con la actriz mexicana María Félix.
